How do I make an appointment?Please contact the team via any of the below: 1. Call us on 0408 910 966 OR 2. Email us at aeehs@wimr.org.au OR 3. Complete the Contact Us form at the bottom of the website

What do I need to bring?Please bring the following: Any glasses that you wear e.g. glasses for driving or watching TV or reading glasses If you wear contact lenses, please bring a case to store them in Any medications you are currently taking (or a photo or list of them) Hearing aids (if you have any)

What does my participation involve?Participants will be required to complete a general survey and examinations (e.g. weight, height, blood pressure and finger prick test to measure blood sugar levels) as well as undergo several routine eye tests. These tests include: Distance and near vision testing Assessment of the front of the eye Eye pressure check Photographs of the back of the eye Hearing test

Where do I go to participate?As part of the Australian Eye and Ear Health Survey, our team will be traveling to 30 sites across Australia. Please Contact us via the details at the bottom of the page to see which location is best for you.

How long will it take?Your appointment will take about 1 - 1.5 hours.
